The 3D reconstruction of the reality is an important, fast developing field of computer vision. The implementations, serving this purpose use significantly different approaches. Therefore we can only read letters about the comparison of these within the identical methods. However, at the beginning of an engineering project in this field, we might need to know the advantages and disadvantages of the accessible possibilities and to choose the best fitting solution for the parameters of the actual task. This study and the developed method give help to this design phase.
The objective of my thesis work is the comparative analysis of technologically and methodically different 3D projection solutions and the exact, numerical characterization of the data provided by them. As the result of this work, I developed a comparative method and the implementing application of it, which makes the projective methods dependably comparable by the metrics interpreted on the chosen output layer of them, on any environmental conditions.
