In today’s world online shopping is more popular than ever, especially in the younger generations. The natural outcome of this process is that online shopping had to evolve and improve in order to satisfy the buyer’s new requirements and make transition as easy as possible from traditional shopping to online shopping. It is important to note that there are lot of things we can do online as we did in the traditional market, there still some untapped areas.

One of the most common problem is the lack of haggling. In the past it has been a natural part of the buying process, which not only helped the buyer but also was beneficial to the seller. If the seller was willing to cut down on the price a bit, he or she could easily build customer loyalty.

The plugin provides an opportunity to the online stores to reintegrate the haggling process with minimal time and energy investment. The plugin provides full service from the moment someone starts a haggle with you to paying for the successful deal. It creates a new direct connection between the buyer and the seller, which helps to build customer loyalty and encourages personal interaction.

With the use of the plugin it is much easier to build customer loyalty and to get to know you customers. It can also increase revenue in the right hands!
