Insurance Agent portal design and development on Java Spring platform

The subject of the dissertation is the design and development of a web application on Java Spring platform. The main purpose of which is to create a platform for agencies through which clients can send their data to agents and provide a surface for publishing information.

The Spring application was implemented with REST API, authentication was done using JSON Web Token, MySQL database was used to store the data. The application frontend was made in the Angular framework using Bootstrap.

The software has been completed to meet the functional requirements, wich are documented in the thesis. At the end of the development, the application was installed on a free Platform as a Service.

The dissertation deals with the design and development process of this application and provides a general summary of the technologies used. At the end of the development process, there is talk about the installation to the platform service, and there is also an application link through which it can be accessed. The most important algorithms are explained in conjunction with an explanation and the screenshots of the completed application can be found in the Appendix chapter.
