Adaptation of C compiler to VHDL model of microprocessors

After verifying the correct functioning of the VHDL model of an appropriate microprocessor I examined the possible methods of programming the microprocessor declared in VHDL, in particular programming it in a high-level programming language. As a consequence of this assay I developed a new VHDL module, which can read the data on a particular address in a file created by a C-compiler, furthermore it is able to decode the data to a format requested as the input of the microprocessor. After checking the functionality of this module by means of a simulator, I joined the newly developed module with the VHDL model of the microprocessor.
