Electric systems design and final constructioin drawings of a family house

My thesis of the master's degree was creating a complete electrical construction plan of a family house including electrical grid and distribution board planning, costs calculation and selection of built-in devices.

This is a difficult and time-consuming task, because the designer should know the valid standards and regulations, should be familiar with the types, limits and costs of power supply. Energy balance should be calculated to estimate the electric power requirements, short-circuit current calculations should be done to help the selection of cabling and equipment. In order to create electrical budget, the designer should be aware of the price of materials, devices and labour costs. In technical specification every detail of construction instructions should be noted. The building should be constructible based on the professionally detailed plans.

During the work I have become familiar with the planning methods. Firstly I have done some research work about the thesis's subject. Secondly I have done the first version of plans. In the end I have made the complete electrical construction plan of the building including budget, technical specification, schemes of distribution boards and layouts of the building.
