In my thesis, I created the design of the electric system capable for electric car loading and KNX system in a family house.

Nowadays we use more and more electrical devices around the house for improving our quality of life when we need some rest and entertainment and also when doing housework and maintenance. Beneath that our comfort equipment need electricity and slowly our vehicles will be full electronic. There are many electric cars on the streets and there will be more in the future, and the bicycles and motorcycles also have electric powered engines. This makes some important requirements when designing an electric system in a family house.

In our age, there is a point on the environment friendly and on the energy efficiency beneath the comfort and well-being. This trend is discoverable and more importantly is to be followed in the building electricity. The energy efficiency of a building is significantly improvable by applying a building-informatics system, and some comfort functions can be realized too. With a KNX system safety functions can be set up in the building to protect against fire and burglary.
