Remote Control of DC Motors over the Internet Using the TI Connected LaunchPad

The purpose of this document is to present a device, which can communicate wirelessly and can move. My exercise is to select the components of the device, to develop the program, to present the process of the development, to find the possible errors and correct them. Nowdays there are a lot of different types of micro-controllers and Single Board Computers on the market. The option moduls what can add them have more intelligence and more applicability. Very often after the finishing of demo program close the software developing. My exercise is to investigate the behavior of the devices in another situation.

My goal is to achieve a system which components are available on the market and may operate with a minimal modification. To achive this I have to find the appropiate communication protocol, the hardware and development environment. The TM4C1294 Connected LaunchPad by Texas Instruments has a 120MHz and 32 bit processor, 256KB SRAM and 1MB flash memory where can store the programs. In the device may run webserver and has an Ethernet port. Furthermore has two BoosterPack where able to attache a several option modul.

The goal of my document is to connect a motor controller and a WiFi communication modul to the TM4C1294 Connected LaunchPad modul. Altogether with devices it can control a tank without wire. In my work explain the operating program and present the devices.
