The companies' operations are controlled by specified and transparent processes where product distribution is a priority for manufacturer companies. Nowadays, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is essential for companies who provide the necessary data storing, process management and support the management's decisions.

My thesis includes the monitoring of the distribution system of a food industry company, as well as it is focused on data quality supervision. Distributors have different information systems, therefore the migration of information on system and data level is an engineering challenge. Data migration requires correct data quality because the management can only make the necessary decisions with flawless data.

I had implemented the data quality supervision in VBScript programming language, after I loaded the supervision results into the SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse software to make them available to the reporting programs. During the analysis I paid special attention to data availability, data validity and data integrity supervision which provides the base of reports implemented in SAP Business Explorer.

My thesis describes the report of distributor stock and turnover data in connection to the company whose report is implemented by SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards software. During the report implementation I focused on the visualized representation of data where the user has a transparent and easily controlled dynamic report to help him to make his decisions.
