Since modern technologies allow us to run multiple virtual servers on a physical server, virtualisation requires fewer physical servers to run. They also simplify load-based scaling and configuration of applications.

In the first part of my dissertation I would like to introduce virtualization technologies in general.

After the description of virtualization, I choose IOT devices that will be later able to serve the load-sharing web application. I install the appropriate operating system to selected devices.

After configuring the various physical devices that are needed, I will create the application that will help me to examine the IOT devices load.

After making the application, we'll get to know Docker. First of all, only one container will be created, then network IOT devices, and the multiple containers run distributed over multiple devices using Docker Swarm.

After the containers have been created, the application will be tested for one or more networked containers.
