Development of a food delivery management system for iOS

Nowadays smartphones and tablets are available to even wider range of people. Thanks to the mobile apps, our lives have become simpler and more comfortable: we can manage our banking transactions on our devices, pay our phone bill, order food online. They are able to help with the process of most of our daily activities in some way. The platform is also a great opportunity for business companies to expand on the market.

My task was to create a prototype of a mobile application system, which can facilitate the work of food delivery companies and help their market extension. It enables potential customers to choose from the restaurant's offers and to order it through the system. The restaurant that uses the platform can track customer orders placed in real time and notify the customer about the delivery.

The task includes both the client and server side implementation of the system, where the chosen mobile platform is iOS, and the core of the backend is the Vapor 3 Swift framework.
