Chatbots are used more and more by users and companies for even the smallest tasks around the world. These are special application use text as an input through chat clients instead of the traditional user interfaces and process the inputs with artificial intelligence. Thus, instead of performing sequential tasks, the user performs a conversation with the application without ever noticing they are not speaking to a human.
The goal of my thesis is to design and implement a chatbot application that can communicate with other cloud applications inside the organization's cloud to help our development team. The main objective is to help the team by automating some frequent tasks into the chatbot system. I present and analyze the measurements about the application. This way I concluded about the impact of the project and whether it is worth it to create a system for such a dedicated task.
The chatbot was released into the company ecosystem after it was implemented and the team uses it daily in their work.
