Design and development of a smartphone based framework capable of displaying physical measurements

Nowadays almost every mobile phone has more possibility than starting a call or sending an SMS. It is natural for us that a device is equipped with camera, WiFi adapter or other extras and sensors, which are unnecessary for a single call function, but satisfy the growing user needs, and allows us to use these devices on other areas as well.

The available sensors ensure lot of spectacular physical experiment realizations, which I am going to demonstrate on mobile phones running Android operation system. Thanks to the popularity of the android smartphones, the experiments are easily available to try at home as well.

In my thesis, a framework has been developed that can be used to perform phisical experiments.

The framework after a short configuration is able to accept new experiments, and we can create complex, spectacular surfaces quickly with the graphical components of JavaFX.

Localization is added on PC side, the available languages are hungarian and english. WebSocket communication has been implemented, and the framework has been extended successfully with a new experiment.
