Development of a gamification prototype

One of the most emerging digital means to motivate people is gamification, of which main purpose is to make work enterteaning for the employees and improve their efficiency. However it is a complex task to design and present entertaining processes in a non-working environment. My thesis investigates the applicability of this popular paradigm in integrated business processes such as supply chain management and sales and operations. My thesis shows in detail how gamification can be introduced in practice (planned and processed) at a multinational company, that already has an idea of how their gamification should look and work and provide application programming interfaces, API-s and graphical user webinterfaces to implement such a project. The operation of the thin-client is reviewed briefly, as well as the gamification concept to it, which had been implemented on a cloud platform service. After these, the class used to represent the game elements with DOM manipulation is demonstrated, and the test cases also.
