Development of Customer Complaint Analysis Process for Hybrid Automotive Control Units

Nowadays the technology of the hybrid and electrical cars improves continously, the interest is becoming more and more increased, there are new professional challenges, this is a reason why I care this topic.

In my thesis work I have introduced different types of the hybrid cars, which are available at the market, and the corresponding technical solutions were also mentioned.

In my thesis I have introduced the structure and the operation of the control electronic of the electric motor of hybrid cars. I have collected both the expectations and requirements of the design.

The handling process of a returned electrical control unit was studied and described by me. The analyzed component was produced at plant Budapest by Continental Automotive Hungary Ltd.

I have developed a complete analysis process for a new customer, for a new product.

I have analyzed and introduced the possibilities of the process qualification. I had developed and introduced the indicators and pointers for the processes, which were generated by me. Then I have qualified and compared both processes.

I have concluded my experiments, which I had observed during the introduction of the processes.
