Automation of hygienic flow technologies - automation of dairy pasteur

The topic of my thesis is the automation process of hygienic flowing technologies. In

that, the focus is on a dairy-pasteur.

Basically, the system consists of a source and a target tanks and a pasteur with 3

sections. The task is to automate the flow of the dairy product and to control precisely

the Pasteur-process.

The structure of my thesis is built up according to the followings. Firstly, after the short

introduction I describe the Pasteur-process. Afterwards, the measure units and the

controlled devices are introduced. I suppose that the Siemens S7 PLC is known by the

reader and I write about that just briefly.

After all background information is given, the major part of my thesis comes with the

program-writing. Firstly, I introduced the structure of the program developed by me.

Thereafter, the main sections and functions are explained with particular examples.

In the nowadays automation, one of the most important view-point is the content of

the services of the operator panel as the result of the automation. Such a complex

system has to be developed with a visual appearance, which provides the most

comprehensive information for the operator. The HMI (Human-Machine Interface)

ensures the connection between humans and machines by colorful, graphical screen.

In conclusion, I describe the environment my development is applied in and I

summarize my thesis overall.
