During the work on my thesis I will create an Internet of Things „smart” device. First of all I will aspire on expanding the knowledge of the communication methods used in embedded systems via the networking protocols. I will become acquainted with the framework of ThyssenKrupp Presta Hungary Ltd. that aims to help the user in creating embedded systems faster and more effectively. I will make the software of the given microcontroller based development board in C programming language. This program will acquire the raw values of the sensors and provide understandable data to the PC software and the user. I will create the user application in C# programming language using the public implementations of some communication protocols. While working on the diploma I will have hardware tasks (like joining the sensors to the board) with both low level (embedded C) and high level (C# and networking) software challenges that makes this a comprehensive and useful work considering my engineering future.
