Quality assurance and error analysis for vehicle fleets

Today, in the world of mass production and production lines, one of the major concern is quality assurance. For the sake of end-user satisfaction, every manufacturer’s main goal is to provide high-quality products for its customers. For this purpose they are constantly optimizing their production processes, developing, testing and quality control practices. The world of automobile industry is no different. Before a vehicle could be sold to a customer, the manufacturer is trying to verify the products quality in many different ways.

My task was to design and implement a system, which extends an existing quality assurance process, through test fleet issue management. Since the system had to be inserted into an existing enterprise infrastructure, during the design, my key consideration was to meet the modern enterprise software development guidelines. Therefore, I have used several design patterns that are most fulfilling these requirements. During the implementation, I combined these design patterns with the most advanced software technologies.
