This thesis is about the background of the demand on clustering that shows an increasing level nowadays. People have to process more and more pieces of information during their life meanwhile they produce huge amounts of information by themselves, as well.
I chose an area in which the previously mentioned problem has not been solved yet. The point is that this problem needs solving because of the fact of the growing amount of data. These ideas and the recent spread of e-commerce in Hungary explains my choice of working with real estate advertisements.
Furthermore, I wrote about the importance of classification of real estate advertisements. It is a common fact how difficult it is to compare them to each other than other topics on the market because of the variety of data these advertisements can contain.
To sum up, I created a real estate advertising website by using my own real estate clustering algorytmh. During my work I was endeavouring to get to know a lot of new technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
