The semiconductor devices changed the world since their invention. These tiny devices are the pillars of the state-of-the-art compution technology, manufacturing, control theory, power electronics etc. In the last few decades the principles made in the dawn of power electronics are developed to achieve more efficiency and lower sizes. Both topology, semiconductor-technology and data processing researces and developments contributed to these high efficiency devices. Nowdays we achieved that these developments and inventions stepped out from the laboratory to be the bases for the affordable high efficiency power electronics equipments.

In my thesis project, I designed a high efficiency and low size switched mode power supply, that based on these state-of-the-art power electronics and data processing devices and topologies. In this paper there are more topologies are shown and analyzed from the power dissipation and the size points of view. After the comparisions I made the detailed design for the hardware and the software as well.
