Demand collection web application for public utilities

In these days the public utility companies pre-collect the amount of service demanded. for a time period by their large-scale customers. This way it becomes easíer to the manage the supply and the network.

The fastest and easiest way to do this – both for the customers and the provider of the service – is to use a web based application which is able to collect these demands, and compare them to the contracts of the customerts, that are stored in the application. If a customer misses the chance to demand service, the application must be able to generate one from the data that is stored in the contract, this way it is ensured, that the customer will not be left without service for the period of time. The application must also provide an option for the provider of the service to define time periods when the demands can, and cannot be created.

In my thesis I will detail the current business reuirements these web applications, as well as describe the design process, and the implementation of the essential parts of the application.
