In these days people spend most of their time in digital communities which make their relationship impersonal. Personal contact is really important part of everybody’s life and their development is supposed to be promoted.

To organize an event is kind of difficult on actual platforms ‒ based on acquaintances or targeted selection ‒ because of the accelerated way of lifestyle, people don’t spend enough time being physically together.

In my thesis I am presenting the designed meeting-oriented event organizer platform and its associated Android client, as well as the framework created for it which facilitates further development. The service provides the ability to announce an idea of a program that other users can apply for it. The organizer can decide which applicant is able to join the event by checking their profile. I will present the difficulties and solutions of the design and preparation of the application and its framework. At the end of the thesis, I will analyze the possibilities for further development of the framework.
