Metadata Managing P2P Network for Content Search

As a result of the continuous technological advances, the available bandwidth growing as the file sharing networks enjoy popularity. A content has many

different features, that makes the search and selection among the different contents possible.

The justification of the task stems from the fact that the solutions until now, could only supply the task, but the user preference receives few support and

make hard to extend the metadata of the content with the new properties.

The paper contains the review of the technologies which have been used. On these technologies constitute the basis of the solution, which is a protocol-independent content search network.

I outline the plan of the architecture in detail and the networks of it. After it I outline the application and the layers operation. I share my experience

about the class libraries I had used and the difficulties of the implementation.

Since the application implements a distributed network, it was necessarily to test it with many participants. The simulation of the network examines the network parameters take effect on the network to operation. After it, the summary and the review of opportunities follows.
