Design of alarm system with microcontroller

Nowadays the digital technology is gaining more and more space in our dinamically developing world, not only in the proccesses of industrial productions, but in the shapes of devices as well, which make our lives easier. In the astonishing development and digitaliasitation the most significant factor was the implementation of the so called microcontroller, which is the realization of a sipmle processing unit and other target circuit on the same board. This resulted in the birth of the circuit family, which can be used in a wide range, is cheap and with the help of some suplementary elements is capable of carrying out lot of different kinds of tasks.

In my thesis I’m following the steps of designing and implementing a microcontroller based alarm system, based on the next aspects:

• Market research

• Identifying the exact tasks

• Defining the supply functions

• Choosing the neccessary parts

• Designing the schematics

• Implementing the software
