Building a multiplatform CLM framework

Nowadays the pharmaceutical industry is a huge market, with big competition in development and marketing of newer and newer drugs. What is the point in the new medicine, if the doctors don’t know about it, don’t know how to use it, or aren’t informed about its new implications? For this purpose – for informing and convincing the doctors and pharmacists – are manufacturers using the Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) systems.

There are a lot CLM framework available on the market. They are usually expensive, their usage is complicated, and even the biggest ones have their limitations. These limitations influence the usability and the analysability of the collected data on a daily basis. By eliminating these factors, the business process can be significantly improved. Effecting a huge decrease in expenses and time used in the process.

Knowing these issues the intent of my thesis is to review the already existing CLM solutions. After it, based on the acquired knowledge and my work experiences with CLM systems, my goal is the development such a program, that eliminates the biggest limitations and provides an effective, easy to use tool for the customers.
