High Reliability Emergency Communication and Sensor Network Development

In my diploma projekct I designed a sensor network using different types of sensor, which are suitable for measuring environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, pressure, magnetic field, light, sound, gas. For processing sensor signals several devices have been examined, such as RaspberryPi, Arduino UNO, Arduino Nano, and a wifi module called ESP8266. I have studied the possibilities of simple control functions with the received data. During the realization on multiple operating system I used different programming environment for the software management of system signals. For the circuit realization of the designed sensor network endpoints I used the program KiCAD to make printed circuit drawings. Starting from these drawing plans I created printed circuit panels in the lab from the step of ironing through the etching of copper plate until the soldering of joining points after drilling the carrier. For inspection of the implemented system I used various measuring instruments, and checked the acceptability of the logical operation used by the software processing. For the long distance wireless communication of the processed sensor datas I used a LoRa radio module called RN2483.
