Radio frequency signal generator control implementation with microcontroller

The subject of my thesis is a practical application of a modern frequency synthesizer circuit, which allows me to present, how the control of radiofrequency signals meets the world of web applications. The aim of the work is to provide a simple and secure way to control remote devices using the frequency modulation technique.

My task is to design a digital control circuit for frequency modulation, and implement the necessary software. The control circuit must ensure the synthesizer's proper operation, and perform the synthesis of the modulating tones. The product has to be controllable manually with its keyboard and display, as well as with a computer. Due to the modular system structure, the communication of more system units have to be established. The communication must be lossless.

In my thesis, I’ve designed and implemented a control circuit, with the necessary software modules. For the computer application, I've chosen a HTTP based web application, which provides unmatched multiplatform compatibility.

The constructed radiofrequency signal generator works as expected. Time and frequency domain examinations prove its proper operation.
