Software testing is nowadays a dinamically evolving profession. Softwares in use double in number each year, so it is key importance to examine the quality of the products.

Both development methods that are presented in my thesis serve a different purpose. V-model aims structure and documentation, which are indispensable in case of a medical software. Unlike the agile model, which is focused on teamwork, quick responses and informal client association. Documentation is not very important for the agile methodology, that is why there is a great conflict between the two methodologies. However both could be utilized in the project that is explained in my thesis. We live our days according to the processes of the Scrum methodology, but we pay great attention to documentation, because we have to prove at the audits that we developed our products according to regulations and specifications.

I introduce the operations of software testing at evosoft Hungary Kft. through a technical example with a test automatization. I present the testing principles and processes according to the standards of the ISTQB. Besides I explain the detailed processes of the Scrum methodology and also realize my thesis as a Scrum project.
