Nowadays, as an accountant or a tenant of an apartment house, we have an enormous amount of administrative work. Since most people use mobile devices, not just desktop PCs, people would like to have a system which allows them to these tasks on tablets and phones too. In order to fulfill this claim I am going to design a web application and a mobile application that are capable of performing these tasks.

The implementation of the web application is going to be done on ASP.NET MVC 5 platform, using Entity Framework, jQuery and Bootstrap, the mobile application is going to be created as a Windows Store application using WCF.

In the first section of my thesis, I am going to give a little introduction about the technologies I am using during the implementation part, then I will go into the details of their main functions.

In the requirement specification, I will explain the details of the original task. I will write about the user roles to be created and I will make a list of their use-cases.

In the main part of my thesis I will write about the design of the database and the plans of the user interfaces for the users of each role in the application. Then I will introduce the solution of the problems which are highly important or interesting and which were mostly new for me.
