It is one of the most important things for the telecommunication vendors to be better and be more cost-effective in software development. In order to achieve this, they must also focus on the testing phases. Therefore they must apply complete testing environments for developers to test their code, because this is a very efficient support for testing complex software.
The developer could make mistakes in various phases of the process – including that while they are creating or modifying module tests. This can result in a faulty test environment – that runs the test with errors or it can not complete it.
My task was to develop a new feature, which helps the developers to fix their mistakes within the testcase creation. This feature can notify some mistakes in testcases, or offer some hints for fixing. The feature can detect the place of the error, and it offers some methods to fix the errors.
My thesis is focusing on testing methodologies, presents a software module testing environment, and testing process.
