The topic of my thesis is building a model, which is able to handle the concentrated load on a transmission line. The role of the model is to calculate the changes of sagging and the changes of the tensile stress of a wire caused by concentrated load.
In the first part of my thesis I summarize the basic mechanical relationships of the wire and introduce the different internal and external impacts affecting the wire (e.g. wind-load, change of temperature). Furthermore I introduce in detail the steady state and the concentrated load.
I create the model in the second section of my thesis. Firstly I build the algorithm step by step, then I submit the program using this algorithm. After these I summary the tests of the model and show how similar the model results and the reality is.
In the last part of my work I write about the current and the future field of usage of the model.
