This thesis is about designing and implementing a business direction system, based on the popular ASP.NET MVC3 technology. The main purpose of the application is to handle the incoming and outgoing deliveries of the company. There are different kinds of deliveries: bills, faxes, e-mails and postal deliveries can be managed in this system. The common data is handled in a unified way, and the specific data is handled according to the type of the delivery.

The deliveries can be organised by adding them to cases, which we can defines tasks and deadlines for. The users will receive notices about the deadlines on the user interface, and e-mails as well.

Client data can be stored as a business card, which makes the recording of deliveries easier, by reading the client’s data from this collection.

The recorded data is permanently stored in a MS SQL database, except the user accounts, which can be accessed from the Active Directory of the company.
