Within my thesis work I've created a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 2013 application which overrides the default mail management, categorization and tracking functions while extends them with a higher level of service. Beside the implementation of the module my main objectives were to keep it as simple, transparent and unambiguous as I can for the average users bearing in mind that the integration should need no exceptional expertise in enterprise systems. Prior to the establishment of the program I set up a theoretical model which describes the relevant letter tracking and managing mechanisms. Based on the finished concept I successfully implemented the extension while I followed the originally raised designer considerations. In order to simplify the deploying procedure I embedded the plug-in into an installation package, so it could be integrated on any number of computers at the same time. As a closure of my work I've tested the functions and behavior of the created module in an enterprise architecture to uncover any incidental errors during actual usage. Based on the final test results I truly believe I've managed to create an extension which gratify the original objectives and complements the default application with useful services.
