Building a web based CRM application

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a software product used by organizations to manage and develop workflows. CRM may vary depends on the business areas of each business, the infrastructure of the enterprise, the number of the employees and customers and their capabilities in general. Therefore, these products can be flexible and customized. The purpose of the CRM is to determine customer needs, to make the right marketing to the right audience and to increase the profitability. In order to understand the design objectives of CRM software first, we should understand the customer needs better and provide long term customer relationship. The more we know about the customers the more we can able to provide a positive experience for them.

In this thesis work, CRM is MVC web application project that has different modules and features. CRM application enables our team to work with a common mind, support each other and increase our business efficiency. With this application, employers will be able to easily monitor their employees and increase staff productivity. Thanks to this application customers and employee’s satisfaction and company profits can be increased.
